Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you pay, we collect billing information via Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers.

Content you upload. Property photos you upload are processed by our AI pipeline and stored in Supabase Storage. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Usage data. We log which features you use, credit consumption, API requests, and error events to operate and improve the Service.

Device & browser data. We automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL via standard server logs.

Integration credentials. If you connect third-party tools (Zapier, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot), we store your API keys or tokens encrypted in our database to enable those integrations.

Images you upload are sent to third-party AI providers (fal.ai) for transformation. Generated text is produced by Anthropic Claude. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements:

Neither provider uses your data to train their models under our enterprise agreements.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. Supabase (database & storage), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (image AI), Anthropic (text AI), Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by data processing agreements.
• Integrations you authorize. When you connect Zapier, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or other platforms, we share asset data with those services on your behalf.
• Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
• Business transfer. If we merge with or are acquired by another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage and retained for 12 months after generation, after which they may be deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level security policies in our database, and access controls limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@estatevision.ai.

Depending on your location you may have rights including:

• Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion. Request that we delete your account and associated data.
• Portability. Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt-out of marketing. Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the link in any email we send.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@estatevision.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies required to maintain your authenticated session (via Supabase Auth). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at privacy@estatevision.ai and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “Effective date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
